My name is Eric Youngblood, and I started Harbor Point Insurance because I believe people in our community deserve better than what they've been getting from insurance — confusing policies, impersonal service, and agents who disappear after the sale.
I grew up here, went to Haughton High School, and came back to this community with an MBA and a simple mission: help families and businesses protect what they've worked hard to build. I'm an entrepreneur at heart — I've always been drawn to creating things that solve real problems. Harbor Point is my answer to a problem I saw too many people dealing with: not knowing if they were actually protected.
I think of what I do as risk management, not sales. My job isn't to sell you a policy — it's to help you understand your actual risks and make sure you're covered for what matters. That means real conversations, the right questions, and honesty about what you need and what you don't.
